The i-Power manual voltage regulators are based on adjustable auto-transformer structure. The carbon brush of the voltage regulator, by means of the hand wheel spindle and the brush frame, evenly winds the coil on the annular iron core. The carbon brush closely matches the polished surface of the coil under the action of the spring pressure. The output voltage can be adjusted smoothly and without poles in the range of regulation, so as to achieve the purpose of voltage regulation.

Product Highlights:

  • Mechanical automatic winding, turns between the uniform, each line straightened and parallel, so the contact surface is smooth.
  • Heat-resistant resin material used to dip paint and cure, make the voltage regulator more heat-resistant.
  • Mechanical grinding is adopted to make the contact surface as smooth as a mirror.
  • Traditional multi-carbon brush design is adopted to increase the contact surface of the carbon brush, reduce the current borne by each carbon brush, reduce the temperature rise and increase electrical conductivity.
  • Heat-resistant elastic metal materials is used so that the mechanical pressure is stable for a long time, reduce the temperature rise of contact.
